We exist to build a real community where people walk through life together and grow in the gifts God has given them. It is that simple. We believe you weren’t meant to figure out faith on your own. If you are looking for a church in Bridgeton, MO that feels like a family rather than a formal institution, you have found the right place. Whether you have been in church your whole life or you are just starting to ask questions about God, we want to help you find a place where you can thrive.
Our journey began in January 2025. Senior Pastor Ken Robinson and his wife, Shawn, gathered with a group of leaders who shared a specific vision. They wanted to build a genuine space where people could support one another and use their spiritual gifts. We started with a small group and a big goal. We believe everyone has a purpose. Our mission is to help you find yours and give you the tools to live it out. Since those first meetings, we have focused on growing as a church in Bridgeton, MO, rooted in the Bible while remaining relevant to modern life.

Visiting a new church in Bridgeton, MO, can feel a little intimidating if you don’t know the layout or the culture. We want to remove the guesswork so you can focus on the reason you are actually there. Here is exactly what a typical Sunday morning at We Believe Kingdom Church looks like.
We love having children in the main sanctuary for the first part of the service. We believe it is important for families to worship together. After the music, we dismiss the kids to their own space.
Faith is not just for Sundays. You will see us around St. Louis in our bright orange shirts. We believe in being a visible help to our city. We want to show the true impact of a church in Bridgeton, MO, by serving where the need is greatest. Whether we are serving at the Wellston Bus Loop or hosting a community event, we want to be where the people are. We show the love of Jesus through action and presence.
But it isn’t all work. We genuinely like each other. You will often find us breaking bread together at a local restaurant after service or gathering at someone’s house for a movie night. We laugh a lot. We have fun. Being a church in Bridgeton, MO, means building relationships that happen in living rooms and over dinner tables, not just in a sanctuary. We believe that life is better when you have people to share it with.
Our faith is built on the Bible. These core truths guide how we teach and how we treat one another while believing as a church in Bridgeton, MO.
At We Believe Kingdom Church, our faith is firmly rooted in the authority of the Bible. These core beliefs guide everything we do.
Scriptures: 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21
There is only one true God, eternally existing in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things, perfectly loving, holy, and just.
Scriptures: Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19
We worship God the Father as the First Person of the Trinity. He is the eternal source of all that exists, the ultimate authority, and the one who chose to redeem humanity through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ.
Scriptures: Psalm 103:19; Ephesians 1:3-5
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins, was physically resurrected, and ascended to heaven. He is the only way to the Father!
Scriptures: John 1:1,14; Luke 1:35; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Acts 1:9-11
The Holy Spirit is fully God, who lives in every believer from the moment they trust in Jesus. He is our Comforter, Guide, and Teacher, empowering us to live a life that honors God and equipping us with spiritual gifts to serve His Kingdom.
Scriptures: John 14:6-7; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:7,11
We believe the Holy Spirit gives spiritual gifts to every believer for the purpose of building up the Church and serving others. These gifts are active and essential today, helping us serve, teach, lead, and operate in power as we carry out God’s mission in the St. Louis area.
Scriptures: 1 Corinthians 12:4,7,11; Romans 12:6-8; Ephesians 4:11-13
Every person is created in God’s image, reflecting His glory. However, through the original sin of Adam, all humanity inherited a sinful nature. We have all chosen to go our own way and have fallen short of God’s perfect standard. This inherited separation requires God’s loving intervention and restoration.
Scriptures: Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 5:12; Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23
We practice full immersion baptism as a public declaration of a believer’s faith in Jesus Christ. We identify with His death, burial, and resurrection, marking the beginning of a new life. We administer baptism in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, according to the command of Christ.
Scriptures: Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Acts 2:41
Salvation—being made right with God—is a free gift, received solely through faith in Jesus Christ, not by any works or effort of our own. When we repent of our sin and believe in Jesus, we are forgiven and welcomed into God’s eternal family.
Scriptures: Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:16; Romans 10:9-10
The Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers, and we express this community locally as a place of worship, fellowship, and mission (like our outreach in St. Louis). We exist to glorify God and share the good news of Jesus with the world.
Scriptures: Colossians 1:18; Acts 2:42; Matthew 28:19-20
We believe that Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly to earth one day. This blessed hope motivates us to live holy lives and faithfully carry out the work He has given us until He comes.
Scriptures: Titus 2:13; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 22:12
