Building The Kingdom: Workout Program

Ready to strengthen both your body and your spirit? We Believe Kingdom Church is thrilled to announce our upcoming six-week community fitness initiative, Building The Kingdom. Whether you are looking to kickstart a brand-new healthy routine, challenge your current physical fitness levels, or simply connect with your church family in an active and uplifting environment, this specialized workout program is built specifically with you in mind.

Faith and physical stewardship naturally go hand in hand. Taking proactive care of our physical health ensures we have the energy, longevity, and endurance required to serve our families, support our church, and impact our local community. Starting Saturday, August 8, 2026, we are dedicating six consecutive weekend mornings to honoring God through health, movement, and group encouragement.

What to Expect Each Week

Every Saturday morning throughout this six-week journey, our group will gather for an energetic, engaging, and well-rounded group workout session. Each gathering is designed to improve functional movement, build baseline physical strength, and enhance cardiovascular endurance. We fully understand that stepping into a structured fitness routine can sometimes feel intimidating or overwhelming, but you can leave those anxieties at the door. Building The Kingdom is intentionally crafted to accommodate every fitness background, regardless of where you are currently starting on your personal journey.

Our group session leaders will provide clear movement demonstrations for every exercise and offer scalable options throughout each class. Whether you require a low-impact exercise alternative to protect your joints, a specific movement modification for a past injury, or a tailored pace that fits your current stamina, we have you completely covered. You will be able to easily adjust every single workout to fit your personal comfort and safety needs while still challenging yourself to grow stronger week after week.

What You Need to Bring

We want every participant to show up fully prepared to get the absolute most out of each Saturday morning session. Here is a helpful personal checklist of what you should plan to bring along with you:

  • A personal water bottle. Hydration is essential for physical performance and muscle recovery, so bring plenty of fresh water to sip on throughout the morning.
  • A sweat towel. Expect to work up a solid sweat during each workout, so keep a small towel nearby to stay comfortable.
  • Proper athletic footwear. Wear supportive running or cross-training shoes designed to handle dynamic movement and offer stability.
  • Any personal exercise gear. Feel free to bring your own personal yoga mat if you prefer extra floor cushion during ground exercises, along with any necessary supportive gear like knee sleeves or wrist wraps.
  • A supportive mindset. Come ready to work hard, cheer on the people around you, and experience the joy of pursuing health within a community.
